Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

  • Orders will be shipped by express service such as SF Express with tracking information.

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

  • Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

  • Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

  • Must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, we will charge an additional re-delivery fee.

Returns & Exchanges

For quality issue, we accept exchanges within 7 days receipt of Merchandise (as the case may be) may be accepted at the sole discretion of hkshop.filatime.com. 


Please contact us: service.hk@filatime.com and get our confirmation before return.

The return item must in good condition. "Good Condition” means that the Merchandise is still in its original packaging with the original labels,  tags, price tags and return tags still attached; that the Merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the Merchandise is not damaged in any way.

For online purchases,  must be sent via SF Express. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns if they do not send the Merchandise via SF Express. Fila Watch reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via SF Express.
