Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will reach out to our courier service and request that the package be rerouted back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email.

FILA International Warranty
This Fila Watch is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against materials and manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions of this warranty. A valid warranty booklet must be fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorized dealer, with proof of purchase and purchase date.
Within warranty period, please send the defective watch with description of the problem and the store receipt to the authorized distributors or return the watch and the store receipt to the place of purchase. Fila Watch will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipping, please pack the product for service securely. The watch will be repaired or replaced with the same product (if available) or a similar product of equal price. We reserve the right to refuse either repair or replacement if the cost of doing so would be disproportionate to the defect.
This limited warranty is in place of all other express and implied warranties of any kind, which are hereby excluded. In no event shall Fila Watch be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the watch, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price. No other person or company is authorized to change this limited warranty, and your dealer is solely responsible for any other warranties.
This warranty does not cover:
• The battery.
• Len, case, strap and bracelet is damaged or worn.
• Damages resulting from improper and rough treatment, negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized repairs and modification.
For non-warranty service, it will be performed for a charge depends on watch styles and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Please contact your dealer or one of our distributors in your country as listed in the website.
Some countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country. The foregoing is without prejudice to other legal rights that may arise under applicable national legislation.
